I just came back from the show. What a brilliant movie! Each and every scene is a masterpiece and the cast has made it even more brilliant!
Christian Bale (Bruce Wayne/ Batman) gives his best performance ever, as the Caped hero of Gotham city. His life as a normal person and as a superhero are both portrayed in a realistic manner. Aaron Echkart (Harvey dent/two face) has given a solid performance yet again. Gary Oldman as James Gordon is truly brilliant. His performance is on par with Christian Bale. Maggie as Harvey and Wayne's love interest does a neat performance.
It would'nt be fair if i don't mention the Brilliance of Heath ledger as the Joker, the Best superhero movie villain of all times, Hands Down! What a performance! he steals the show in every scene he is in. He is not hunting for money. He is hunting for the happiness of people. He kills for fun. That makes him even more dangerous! Finally a villain to match the Superhero! And it is a terrible tragedy that he is dead. We will miss you Heath! May your soul Rest in Peace!
None of these things would have been possible if it was not for Nolan. Riveting Screenplay with a fast paced narration. No extra scenes! No scenes out of the place! It was just perfect! Well done Nolan! Please keep it coming. We are expecting a lot from you!
Awesome CGI! None of the scenes even show the tiniest bit of it is done in CGI! i don't really know how they managed to do that! Mostly in superhero movies, the CGI will play the big part. But this is not true with this movie. This movie delves into the mental and emotional part of the characters and the people related to them. This maybe called as the best superhero movie of all times. But i would like to add this, This is the best movie of all times. It teaches you a lot of things. To be motivated. To believe in what you are doing. To fight for the Good of mankind no matter how many obstacles are on your path. Enough said, please don't miss this film. If you do, you are missing something in your life!
Here in India, i don't see ppl getting up and applauding a movie. Well, Dark knight has done it! So enjoy watching! Have some riveting time out there. br> WHY SO SERIOUS.
